Eoin O’Ruainigh Musician & Guitar Luthier

Eoin’s enthusiasm for guitars originated from playing in several bands in Dublin, including support gigs with Morrissey.

He packed up his instruments and moved to East London to be surrounded by the diverse musical and creative influences of other musicians, where he now plays and tours with his band ‘Oh Ruin’.

Whilst honing his talent as a songwriter, Eoin’s love for guitars has created a desire for him to learn the craft of ‘Lutherie’, which satisfies his hunger to be able to build his instruments, as well as play them.

Being an avid Blues fan and composer, Eoin’s work perfects the intricate beauty of small-bodied blues guitars and inspired him to craft the left-handed instrument he plays on today.
