Giacomo Cavallari DESIGNER

Giacomo moved from Venice to London five years ago to follow his passion for clothes and study Menswear design at Central St Martin’s. Now living in Dalston, he is often overwhelmed by the artistic and cosmopolitan edge of its residents.

His craft pushes the modernity and daring flair that Menswear is currently experiencing whilst also respecting the traditions woven within it. To ensure that his designs are as original as possible, Giacomo manipulates and reinvents his own fabric.

Sourcing a great deal of his inspiration from written prose, Giacomo is free of a defined visual influence. He interprets a narrative personally and then spontaneously generates the visual cues he uses.

Giacomo is instinctively curious and with his dogged desire to design a pioneering clothing collection, he is constantly exploring diverse new textures.
