The Futureheads band
In just three very busy weeks over the summer of 2009, The Futureheads recorded an album so blisteringly joyous that it completed a perfected square of LP’s. What started with Hounds Of Love, has culminated with The Chaos, album number four and what many are saying is the best of a very good bunch.
On February 21, 2005, Hounds Of Love, a cover of a Kate Bush song, was released as a single. It reached number eight in the UK singles charts in its first week, and was named Best Single of 2005 by NME. From that moment the bands success and popularity rocketed. They toured the States with The Pixies, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol and have since released three LP’s. News and Tributes, This Is Not The World and the aforementioned, The Chaos.
The boys are currently touring the US and Canada before heading back to Europe for a handful of festival dates.
