The Perils - Levi's Great Escape Festival

The Perils were formed in 2007 in their home town of Brighton.The release of their album, Good People Do Bad Things in 2008 was critically received and soon had industry types sniffing. The album was toured across the UK bringing many new fans on board and bookings from promoters who wanted a piece of The Perils. In 2009 the band really started to hit their stride and they played several support shows for bands such as The Buzzcocks, Cage the Elephant and more, they sold out 93ft East, played several festivals, including Secret Garden Party, White Air etc.

2010 is promising to be a big year for The Perils, they have already supported The Blockheads and The Fall, they have been joined on stage by legendary bluesman Gary Moore. They’ve headlined an Unsigned Band Review demo drop night and played a cracking set at the recent Great Escape Festival.
